These burgers are delicious, and full of flavor. Bonus part is, they have great ingredients that help boost your metabolism. Perfect to make ahead or for meal prep. When meal prepping, I like to add a vegetable side as well.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey meat
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 small shallot, chopped
1/4 C panko crumbs
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil, sprayed with oil.
Mix ingredients altogether.
Create patties (makes about 4 large).
Place on lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping once.
